Mini Mandalas

A pleasing little kit suitable for all ages (provided they are safe with a big blunt needle), Mini Mandalas invites you to make your own mandala or indeed whatever design you like, by stitching yarns through flexible plastic canvas.

The kit contains four circles, two small and two large, plus two small skeins of my hand dyed yarn and a needle. Sketch diagram of stitch patterns and suggestions enclosed. The circles can be used as mats, backed with felt or cork (not supplied) or stitched back to back and suspended.

Excellent for hand-eye co-ordination practice and learning the rudiments of stitching, or just to enjoy some mindful creativity.

The yarns can be supplemented with eg sock yarn leftovers to create additional colour and pattern effects.
