The word mandala has spiritual significance in Buddhism and Hinduism, regarded as a symbol of the outer and inner worlds of the universe.

Take your sweet time with this bold Ghanian indigo print, filling it with little stitches to create your own version of a mandala. It’s a gentle meditative task which calms the busy mind. This little kit makes a good travelling companion - always ready for a few more stitches.

There’s the mandala print and a cotton backing fabric, (approx 22 x 22cm), a needle, simple stitches guide and a few suggestions included. There are also 0.5m x 6 coloured embroidery threads plus 1.5m of white embroidery thread.
